Nothing is shipped
We sell no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address to give.
How you get what you bought
- The software: ContextWire is downloaded from its page, free, before you buy anything. It runs 30 days without a licence.
- The licence key: shown on screen the moment Razorpay confirms the payment, with buttons to copy it and to save it as a file, and emailed to the address you gave, usually within a few minutes.
- The receipt: in the same email.
- Typing the key into ContextWire (Settings › Licence) turns it into the licence for that computer. A computer without internet is activated through the activation page.
Where we deliver
Anywhere you can reach this website: buyers in India pay in rupees, everybody else in US dollars.
If it does not arrive
The key is on the page after payment even when the email is slow. If you closed that page and no email came within an hour (check the spam folder), write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with and the payment reference, and we send the key again.
