1. Who you are dealing with
ContextWire is made by thedumbstuff, an initiative of Lucidloom Private Limited, a company registered in India (“we”, “us”). Lucidloom Private Limited is the seller and the licensor. “You” is the person or the organisation that installs ContextWire or buys a licence.
By installing ContextWire or buying a licence you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2. The free trial
ContextWire runs free for 30 days on a computer, once per computer. The trial has everything the paid product has. Use it to decide. After the 30 days ContextWire stops starting new work until a licence is entered; nothing of yours is deleted.
3. What a licence gives you
- A licence is sold per seat. One seat lets ContextWire run on one computer.
- A licence comes with one year of updates, counted from the day you pay. Every version released within that year is yours to keep using on that computer for as long as you like. Versions released later need another year of updates.
- Another year of updates costs the price of a seat at the time you buy it.
- A seat can be moved to another computer twice in any twelve months. If you need more moves, write to us.
- The licence is for you. An organisation may let the people who work for it use its seats. You may not sell, rent, lend or give away a licence or a key.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay: in Indian rupees for buyers in India, including GST, and in US dollars everywhere else. Payments are handled by Razorpay. The licence key is made when your payment is confirmed, shown to you on screen and sent to the email address you gave.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, in whole or in part, for a licence or for a year of updates: not when you change your mind, not when you stop using ContextWire, not when you bought more seats than you needed, and not when Claude Code or another product ContextWire works with changes or stops being available.
That is why the trial is free and complete: try ContextWire for 30 days before you pay. By paying you confirm that you tried it or chose not to, that you ask for the licence key to be delivered at once, and that you understand you cannot withdraw from the purchase after that.
If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, write to us and we will sort out the extra charge. Nothing in this section takes away a right the law of your country gives you and does not allow to be signed away.
6. What you may not do
- Remove, bypass or tamper with the licence check, or help anybody else do so.
- Share a licence key in public, or use one key on more computers than it has seats.
- Copy, change, decompile or redistribute ContextWire, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
We may cancel a key that was shared, obtained with a payment that was reversed or disputed, or used against these terms. A cancelled key stops working and is not refunded.
7. What ContextWire sends us
To start the trial and to activate a licence, ContextWire sends three scrambled identifiers of the computer, its own version and the name of the operating system, and the licence key when one is entered. The real identifiers never leave the computer. Nothing about your sessions, prompts, files or anything else you do in ContextWire is sent to us, ever. When you buy, we keep your name, email address, phone number if Razorpay asked for it, what you bought and the payment’s reference; Razorpay handles your payment details and we never see your card.
8. What ContextWire is not
ContextWire is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Anthropic. It needs Claude Code, which you get from Anthropic under Anthropic’s own terms and at your own cost. ContextWire does not include Claude Code or any use of it.
9. No warranty, limited liability
ContextWire is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of faults, that it will work with every future version of Claude Code, or that it fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost work, lost profit or any indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the licence in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms for future purchases; the version you agreed to when you paid stays the one that applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of Lucidloom Private Limited’s registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country insists otherwise for consumers.
